As a business if you show your customers/client that you care about them individually even though it might seem like you’re getting too personal at times but in the end behind every business there’s a person, an individual.

  2. Writing reviews for the businesses you like and appreciate. And being descriptive while reviewing. On platforms like yelp, google, zomato, personal website or wherever they’re listed. Always a good idea for small local business.

  3. Giving credits and providing shoutouts to the businesses you like to partner with. Maybe writing a blog post about them. Writing up a blog post have more SEO cloud and will have more stay in power that any social media post or a review.

  4. Send some goodies to your email subscribers or to your friends and family is another way of showing gratitude to not only to your subscribers and friends and family but also to the businesses you mention in those emails

  5. Celebrating others win and highlighting that is a great way of spreading love.

Being responsive and attentive through emails, social media posts or reviews to your audience. Business can appreciate the feedback of it’s client whether it’s positive or negative and it’s especially important with customer service enquiries on social media posts and review.
