On 20 october’21, I attended a session presented by Divay Chadha Co-founder and COO of Growup, a company which caters to the need of businesses as it is a B2B model. He is a PGDIM alumni who has achieved what he envisioned to achieve.
In this pandemic where companies were suffering-trying to make ends meet. His business was flourishing because of the unique idea and implementation of such idea and making up a business model out of an opportunity that they found.
Divay further told us about his journey from being a Remote Worker to an Entrepreneur. How he met the Growup Group’s other Co-founder, who was a Content Writer. How his company didn’t made profit for the first 6 months to how it is a profit making venture having 80+ companies associated with them.
He then explained that it isn’t just profits that his company is making but he is generating jobs, provides training to the virtual assistants and helping small business owners all across.
Divay shared his marketing tactics that can be employed by all businesses like Conversational Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Buzz Marketing, etc.
He provided the attendees with an insight to the corporate world. He concluded the session with a question and answer session.
It was inspiring to see PGDIM alumni associated with SGGSCC do so well in the Global Arena (as he's got US clients).It is commendable that he is paving a path for his juniors and is willing and able to hire us in early stages of our corporate journey.
