Mallika Kumar, a PGDIM Alumni, is a highly successful Canadian immigrant, a professionally acclaimed marketing innovator & values driven woman. A quintessential Delhi girl moved to Canada with big dreams. As Oprah Winfrey rightly says,“ The most important journey of our lives doesn’t necessarily involve climbing the highest peak or trekking around the world. The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams.” She gives all the credit to her parents for instilling this ambition and mindset.

She believes that lifelong learning is an indispensable tool and one should never stop hustling. She talked about harnessing the power of global mindset and predictive marketing in the worldwide arena. She shared a few insights to create a clear sense of self elucidates which types of career options best match one’s strengths and fulfill one's values. In addition, Mallika gave a lot of importance to the power of gratitude and altruism.

Our Professor Anshumali Saxena added, “She has worked two jobs at a time.” Above all, the compulsion to excellence pervaded everything she did, and this self-evidently included supporting her family. He shared her integrated marketing projects for clients leveraging multi-channel marketing. The way Mr. Anshumali proudly shares her story with us reflects how proud he feels.
